After a fulfilling career in occupational rehabilitation and the financial services industry, Alicia founded Amplify Growth Consulting.
Alicia is guided by her firm belief that work should not only entail success but mental wellbeing. She understands that a happy career is a successful one, and strives to unlock true potential for both personal and professional growth.
With a diverse background, Alicia brings a unique perspective to both her coaching practice and in training development. Alicia leverages her expertise in both rehabilitation counselling and corporate leadership to provide a comprehensive and empowering experience. For individuals she adopts a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, empowering individuals to embrace these unique strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve their career and personal goals. Alicia has worked with diverse populations including people with disabilities, those of diverse cultural backgrounds and people within the LGBTQI+ community. Alicia welcomes all people into her practice regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or sexuality.
Alicia maintains full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors), has a Certificate IV in training and assessment, is a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Licensed instructor and is a volunteer telephone and digital crisis supporter and mentor at Lifeline Australia.
