  • We all know that self care is part of our mental wellbeing, but often the how of implementing self care gets lost as we get caught up in our busy lives. This training is an interactive workshop where participants will leave with an understanding of when to implement self care, as well as a personalised self care plan to take away with them.

  • For individuals who may be looking for guidance in their careers and how to leverage opportunities to progress their career internally at their organisation. This workshop style session encourages participants to see their career in a new light by providing space to connect with colleagues and create career growth as a collective.

  • This training focuses on enhancing front line employees skills in managing a wide range of situations that vulnerable customers may face. Vulnerable customers are individuals who could be experiencing various life challenges such as a temporary or permanent disability, family or domestic violence, mental health issues, financial stress, or recent bereavement, among others. By understanding and catering to the unique needs of these customers, your staff can foster better communication, build trust, and provide meaningful support, ensuring positive outcomes and strengthened customer relationships.

  • Consider the skill set of your internal staff. Whilst you may have a learning and development team, are they subject matter experts in your chosen topic? If not, how are you ensuring that the content is appropriate?

    If you don’t have a learning and development team, consider the capability of your internal trainer or other team members. Do they have the appropriate training experience to ensure that the content is absorbed?

  • Alicia Gibbs is a registered counsellor, and wellbeing specialist who is passionate about supporting wellbeing at work, and has more than 15 years experience supporting initiatives targeted at mental wellbeing in the workplace . However her knowledge and skill set goes much deeper than just being a wellbeing specialist. Alicia has her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as being a fully qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

    Additional to this, Alicia brings more than 10 years of experience of delivering a variety of training within the corporate and community settings, giving her balanced and diverse view of training within a professional setting.

  • Yes, however Alicia believes that the best training is training that is tailored and bespoke to the organisation. As part of training delivery, and at no additional cost, Alicia will meet with you and understand your training needs, to ensure that training isn’t standard and hits the mark with what is needed. This can include co-design of case studies based on real scenarios you would like your team to improve their capability. A sample pack or outline can be provided upon request just get in touch!

  • At no additional cost, part of Amplify Growth Consulting’s service is a post-training survey as well as a 12 week follow up survey to staff who attended your training. This will aim to confirm that staff have been able to implement the core objectives of the training in their BAU, and highlight any gaps to feed back to internal team managers.

  • That really depends on the length of training delivered, number of sessions, number of participants and delivery method. Minimum fee for a 30 minute “bite size” one off training session online is $300+gst.
